After spending the day lazing around our apartment, Jordan watching the Olympics and me nipping in to the living room every now and again to see how we’re doing whilst also being totally engrossed in numerous episodes of Revenge on my laptop, what else do we decide to do on a Saturday night other than party of course!?
I love nothing more than getting my gladrags on for a Saturday night out and parading around a multitude of bars and then ending up in a nightclub for a little boogie.
We roamed around a few bars including The Approach, a delightful bar on Friar Lane which never fails to put a smile on my face with it’s live bands singing songs that everyone and their grandma knows and attracts people of all ages and then we staggered our way towards Oceana.
Oceana is my favourite club in Nottingham to end up at, it’s not the classiest of places but with 6 rooms hosting different genres of music, of which we always seem to end up in the basement dancing on the light up dancefloor singing songs from the 80’s and 90’s to each other, it’s one of those places that caters for everyone and it’ll be the perfect place to end up at for my birthday night out next Saturday with the girls and guys.
I’m utterly disappointed at my sheer incompetence to take photos during a night out and the fact that I didn’t manage to get a photo of how gorgeous Jordan looked once he had his shirt on. I’ll get better I promise.
