New To My Fitness Wardrobe: Adidas Pure Boost Trainers

I’ve been after a pair of Adidas Pure Boost trainers for a long time, but I didn’t want just any old pair, I wanted this grey and white combination that I had my heart set on from the moment I saw them (let’s call it trainer true love), so when I noticed them on sale recently I snapped them up and in reality they’re a bit of a dream…

‘The Adidas Pure Boost trainers are my soul mate in trainer form…’

So what makes them so good? What do I like about them? To answer it simply: everything. The newest addition to my workout wardrobe, the Adidas Pure Boost trainers are my soul mate in trainer form, they’re everything I could want from a trainer and more. A bold statement yes, but I’m a big fan, and here’s why…

This white and slate grey colourway seems to go with everything and anything, making it easy to grab and with your gymwear instead of laying it all out, holding this sports bra against that top or wondering whether those leggings go with your trainers. In regards to the second part of that sentence, yes they do! In fact all of your leggings do, and so does that wacky patterned top or that neon orange sports bra. It all looks great with these Pure Boost trainers, trust me.

They fit like a sock, all you have to do is pull them on and then either do up the laces for extra security or tuck them in. Then theres the combination of super cushiony sole and a flexible arch which sports a rather innovative hole between them, giving you more comfort and allowing you to move more freely. The Pure Boost trainers are like walking on a cloud (or what I’d imagine walking on a cloud would feel like if we were able to walk on them, perhaps like a springy marshmallow or bouncy trampoline). As for sizing, if you’re anything other than a bog standard size then it’s perhaps worth sizing up as the Pure Boost’s are very true to size with very little extra room.

If it all seems too good to be true then I do have one down side for you (although it could be a plus depending on how you look at it), and that is that Adidas have released a new range of Pure Boost trainers, hence why mine were in the sale. But a quick search through the internet still brings up both old and new versions, with the older ones sporting a rather generous discount if you can find them in your size. After being so happy with my first pair of Adidas Pure Boosts and choosing them over anything else when it’s time to workout, I’ve now got my eyes on this grey pair which I’m sure I won’t be able to resist for long.
